Pension Grein was the perfect cozy spot for ringin' in the New Year this year! Nestled at the entrance to Pfunds, it's just a five-minute stroll to the Nauders Ski Area, making it an ideal launch pad for the skiing adventures we were after. The family-run charm really shines through, from the warm, inviting breakfast area filled with homemade dishes to the attentiveness of the owners, who treated us like family. We scored a beautiful room overlooking the mountains-a great place to unwind after our days on the slopes. The sun terrace was a highlight for us, a perfect spot to relax in deck chairs with coffee in hand. The Finnish sauna hit the spot after a chilly day of skiing, making our experience feel even more authentically Alpine. If you're looking for a charming place with a rustic feel, this is it!
